SEMICON West, San Jose, Calif., July 16, 2003 - KINESYS Software, Inc., a leading provider of software for the automation of semiconductor manufacturing processes, announced today that it has entered into separate agreements with two major equipment suppliers to collaborate on the development of non-proprietary solutions for the automation of semiconductor final manufacturing processes. The suppliers are Intercon Technology, Inc., a United States subsidiary of TOWA Corporation of Kyoto, Japan, and Electroglas, Inc. of San Jose.
